The Chemistry Graduate Program at Tennessee State University has highly benefitted from Dr. Bramwell’s evaluation report. Graduate enrollment has gone up by about 200% since then.

Our Department has used Dr. Fitzgerald Bramwell and Empire Science’s services in both their capacity as consultants for our Program Review and in supplying us with our General Chemistry Laboratory Experiment manual.  We were exceptionally pleased with the prompt and professional report for our Program Review and with the professionally prepared and technically excellent laboratory manual.  We plan on seeking their help in the future with preparing our lab manual for quantitative and instrumental analysis.
— Stanley L. Latesky, PhD, Professor of Chemistry. Chair, Department of Chemical and Physical Sciences The University of the Virgin Islands

DIOLA BAGAYOKO, PH.D., SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY SYSTEM DISTINGUISHED PROFESSOR EMERITUS OF PHYSICS FELLOW OF THE NATIONAL SOCIETY OF BLACK PHYSICISTS (NSBP) FELLOW OF THE AFRICAN SCIENTIFIC INSTITUTE (ASI) FELLOW OF THE AMERICAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY (APS)

Dr. Fitzgerald Bramwell has successfully chaired the External Evaluation Committee of the Louis Stokes Louisiana Alliance for Minority Participation (LS-LAMP; www.subr.edu/lslamp) for the last 25 years! The uninterrupted funding of LS-LAMP by the National Science Foundation and the attainment, in 2018, of the 2020 target of LS-LAMP are indications of the value of this committee for LS-LAMP. Dr. Bramwell’s rise through the ranks, from assistant professor and associate professor to professor, dean, and vice president for research and graduate studies point to diverse, professional experiences, at both minority and majority institutions, that enrich his judgment whose lucidity has benefited each of our 12 partner institutions. As the saying goes, “Past performance is not a guarantee for a future one, but the former is the best indicator of the likelihood of the latter.” An excellent, physics laboratory manual, by Empire Science, has enhanced both the quality and the breath of our experiments. Empire Science has magnanimously assisted our 2002 winner of the US Presidential Award for Excellence in Science, Mathematics, and Engineering Mentoring (US-PAESMEM), the systemic mentoring program known as the Timbuktu Academy (www.subr.edu/TimbuktuAcademy).
